Harrodsburg's Gene Royalty Industrial Park has become one of the premier locations for industries looking to build and grow their company and business. One of the first groundbreaking projects is the new construction project led by Freddie Hilpp.
Mike Willand, HMCIDA Executive Director, said, "Freddie’s initiative to erect an 82,000 square foot warehouse/spec building in the current Industrial Park is a testament to his vision and dedication to Harrodsburg's economic development. This project not only adds to our infrastructure but also signals confidence in our community's potential for growth and investment. In speaking with him recently, he mentioned having at least four possible locations to build on but chose Harrodsburg." Freddie stated, “I see positive growth potential, real teamwork amongst local officials and a community on the move.”
Mr. Hilpp's commitment to Harrodsburg extends beyond this construction project. His involvement in various initiatives, such as being a board member on HMCIDA, his construction at Campbellsville University, and selling his long-held Trim Masters building to Isiah House underscores his passion and commitment to Harrodsburg and helping those who struggle within our community.
